  1. Ed-

Having had two small dogs myself, I know what Jay is experiancing in the last panel.

    • Irma

Yes – I don’t know if it’s just that they want to be around you, or if it’s a conspiracy.

  2. Doug

Irma, you’re milking this storyline to DEATH!

    • Irma

OR – I’m NOT milking it, and I’m just telling the whole story without oddly jumping over things – only 2 times a week…

      • Doug

BUT – technically, you seem to have told the Story of Summer and are now showing the beginning of the Story of Imy.
        I don’t mind, but I still think you’re making a dairy farm.

        • Irma

No, the story is about how Imy and Jay got together. And that’s exactly what I’m telling.

Doug, why don’t you write a webcomic if you know so much about how it should be done.

Irma, you are telling the story fine it is wonderful.

          • Irma

Thanks again, ancientmelodies. I REALLY appreciate it :)

  3. Imy Blinky

Now that would explain the ‘no puppy’ rule.

    • Irma

Haha! Yes this could definitely be part of it too!

  4. tyler_durden

looking at the phone and walking, just doesn’t mix!
happy birthday and happy T-day too!

    • Irma

Thank you! Hope you had a great T-Day!

I am really happy you are doing a full and complete storyline, honestly too many webcomics make me feel that the story is cut off or shortened. This is a very important story that you really can only tell once and I wouldn’t want to see it condensed for any reason. Please don’t make a webcomic that you think will “make everyone happy” go with your gut instinct.

It would be nice if the comic didn’t abruptly end right after they meet again, just be yourself and provide a nice flowing story arch. Great job, I honestly look forward to this comic every tuesday and thursday.

    • Irma

Thank you so much! I agree. And it’s hard to resist the urge of skipping over things since I post only twice a week. But in the end it’s definitely much better to have a full story. Otherwise it’ll just read as choppy.

  6. Teresa

HAHAHA – The guy just never gets a break, does he? HEHE

    • Irma

      Hey.. love hurts! ;)

  7. Don

For what it’s worth: I think this whole thing is a great storyline and it should be told from start to end!
BUT – technically, he who does not approve is free to wander off into the distance and disapprove quietly in a corner :)

    • Irma

Thank you Don! It is muchly appreciated :)

  8. Tom

The story has been great Irma. So many writers do not know how to let a story take shape, have characters react and allow for conflict, growth and change. This story has been your best and you are doing a tremendous job. Keep it up!

    • Irma

Thank you Tom! That’s so much! It’s been a bit of a struggle but a lot of fun too.
