231 – First Day

The beginning of this storyline has been a bit scattered due to guest strips and the SPX themed comic, so if you need a bit of a reminder of what’s going on, start here.
BACK ON TRACK! The apartment is almost completely put together and I have my computer set up. It is SO GOOD to be back to drawing again. No more storyline interruptions.
OH! And pay attention, becasue some time this week I will be posting a contest!

Of course, it’s just a matter of time before the diuretic effect of coffee shuts down the body’s natural system, and also a matter of time before the caffeine stops working or she goes into cardiac arrest… But at least she’s up and READY!
(Is it any secret that I think coffee is highly dangerous to our health? Yeah? Well, I think that.)

I have to say that I have MISSED Imy sooooo much!!! Im glad that you got your apartment all set up now Irma. I love how coffee and a muffin helps her hair get all pretty!!! LOL.

You know, I just realized that the whole workplace is based off of bribery…you get paid for doing such-and-such (i.e. your job), then there’s minimum wage…

Irma, are you one of those movers that has a perfect house set up less than a week after – including pictures in place?
Nah-uh!!! We’re almost at 2 weeks now. All our furniture is set up except for my husband’s music room which he’s working on today. No pictures on the wall at all. Most of the books are still in the closet waiting to put put in the book shelves. After all of that then we can start thinking about changing a few of the previous owner’s very BAD wallpaper choices
Oh sure, start up a contest the week I’m traveling.
