109 – Some Friend
Hey, remember Friday Fan Art? Well, tomorrow is Friday and tomorrow Friday Fanart returns! So make sure to come back tomorrow and see something very special! And do you want to submit a fan art to me? Just read the rules and have fun! I can’t wait to see what you come up with!
Also, I wanted to do this last time but completely forgot. Last week’s strip brought Imy and Kat back to Café Rawk. It’s a place I’d like to have them at more often, but it hasn’t been possible. But they have shown up there sporadically within the past year and I thought I’d take one frame from each of those strips to compare. It’s REALLY fun to see, in my opinion!
Dontcha love character evolution? Ahhh, good times 😉
That’s neat the see the evolution Irma – keep up the good work. 🙂
Hey, their hair grows each strip… that’s kind of cool!
Oooo, she’s a sneaky one. Cant wait to see what surprise is instore for Kat!
Wow, they used to have high foreheads. That’s a cool comparison. Every time I look at my old strips I shudder – and I thought they looked good at the time!
So something’s afoot with a plan and such. I need details – a stalker needs to know!
secret covert operation to hook Kat up with someone…..maybe this is when they introduce mr Stalker (aka ME! (PD guy)) into the comic….if he’s lucky enough…..
i knew it!
women are so devious they even get their own friends!
love this strip!
Sorry I’ve been scarce, Irma. Great strip as usual. And weren’t you giving ME hell for cliff hangers?
Wait, does this mean the men in black are waiting for her? I knew this was a sci-fi strip!
Irma, this series is great. So much depth is being added to Kat’s character, and you’re doing a great job of having that come across. Good work with the character page as well; these characters have all developed quite nicely.
…And I don’t know if I’ve said this yet, but a big congratulations to you for joining TTF! You truly deserve it.
Tom – Isn’t it? Thanks!
Jeff – Yeah, I know! I didn’t do it on purpose actually!
Teresa – She DEFINITELY is.
me! – I know! The high foreheads freak me out a bit LOL I never noticed it back then. It’s funny how that is. And, patience – you’ll get your details soon enough!
gilly – If I ever get a picture of “me!” there is definitely a danger that I’d fit him into the strip somehow in relation to Kat 😀
tyler – Yup, it’s a sad but true fact!
Katherine – Thank you!
wit – Thanks! and HAHA! I know! What can I say? I learn from the best 😉
brian – Hehe!! Unfortunately, it’s not nearly as exciting!
PTAoA – Hey you! THANK YOU! It’s SO NICE to read something like that. It’s exactly what I’m trying to do, give the characters, especially Kat in this case, some depth. I’m really happy that’s coming across. I want readers to feel more attached to them. Hopefully this is how it’s done! And, no I don’t think you said anything about TTF yet, so THANK YOU! 🙂
