So, I got 163 name suggestions, which is just nuts. I expected about 20. I’m so happy so many people wanted to participate! I’ve gone through the names but I have some final decisions to make and I will announce the winner tomorrow (July 2nd)! So make sure to come back for that!

I haven’t had one second to look through the names in the contest. I’ve been so busy with home improvement stuff. BUT, I will have a chance before THursday. So by then I’ll announce the winner (or choose a selection to set up voting for… haven’t decided yet). THank you all so much who submitted!

Anywho, David sent me this guest strip some weeks back and I saved it knowing it was going to come in handy at this time. And I SO LOVED this one! I know that this isn’t one everyone’s going to “get.” But I got it right away, because I love that band and that ALBUM in particular!

So thank you SO MUCH David!!! Everyone now go give David some love over at his comic, Comfortably Numb.

Back to the move. I’m not moving far. Just a 15 minute walk from where I am now, but the new place is AWESOME! I won’t go into the details, but I can’t wait to get there! I move in a week. ONE WEEK. GAH! So, if you’ve ever moved, you know what I’m going through right now. And also, who do two people, who don’t really buy a lot of “stuff” still end up with so much crap????

You may have noticed the little addition to the left sidebar over there. Oh yes, a progress bar! (or many, rather…). I’m finally getting up and going on the first real volume of “Imy,” which I will be selling first at New York Comic Con in October, and then through this website when I return. I’m really excited about it! It’s going to have a lot of very cool stuff in it.

So I’ve put that bar there for fun. You can watch as Mick keeps track of my progress. It’s also there as a sort of contant reminder to myself, so that I don’t slack
