Depends on if it’s a good rainbow or not. Low grade, barely see them kinds I won’t stop for. One time there was a huge rainbow going across the entire Paradox Valley, I not only stopped, but took a few dozen pictures at various points on the way down the hill.

We had a double rainbow over my street one afternoon. Not only did people stop, but they went into the stores and talked about it, so other people came out to look. Old people, young people. People were parking their cars every which way to get out and take photos.
It was great.
