170 – The Story of Summer Pt. 2
I guess there are two “starts” to this storyline. The real start is here. The start to The Story of Summer is here.
And come back tomorrow for a fan art!
Also, I’d been neglecting the MySpace page for a while. I don’t know why… I keep up with everything else. But now I’m back to updating there again. So if you’re a MySpacer, make sure to become friends with Imy!
um, what guy do u know would say theyre not ready??? cuz i gotta meet him! lmao! lovin the story tho! 🙂
What is it with guys and blondes?!
We just think they are easier than say redheads or brunettes… 😉
rtme to go hit the strip club then…uhhh i mean..time to go camping.
yea,that’s it!
Theresa – Methinks you need to surround yourself with a different type of people! 😉
Imy – Not always!
Ville – That’s right. One has to EARN a brunette 😉
Tyler – Exactly… camping!
How much for a brunette? Cuz I’ve “earned” like 2814 tickets at Chuck E Cheeses so I must be getting close.
Love the colors on this one.
Famous last words of the batchelor: “I’ve made a decision to stay away from any sort of relationship for awhile.”
Here we see the wingman in his habitat. Notice that one is refusing a mate due to emotional turmoil. The wingman completes his obligatory consolation, finally pouncing on the chance of a mate.
(National Geographic: Bar Edition)
me!:
Ticket Collector: “Sir, a brunette is worth five trillion tickets. And the Chuck E. Cheese corporation doesn’t have that many.”
Guy: “But… then, how do I get one?”
Collector: “Hmm… how much do you like that leg? And that arm as well?”
Guy: “Ugh… this is gonna cost an arm and a leg..”
Collector: “Well, you could get a life..”
Guy: “Nah… how bout a blonde?”
Collector: “That’ll be half a ticket.”
(I don’t know. I like doing strange dialog.)
I agree on earning a brunette. Boy do I agree. It’s worth it tho.
PS: Myspace is the devil
Love the writing in this one.
bet he’s ready for “friends with benefits” tho ;0)
Looking forward to seeing where this storyline will go.
me! – Just a few more games of skiball…
Doug – Haha! Now THAT was good! That could so easily translate over into a comic!
wit – I knew you were one of the smart ones! 😉 And yes, I agree. MySpace IS the devil. Officially, I hate it. But, if I have to reach out to fans through there then I’m just happy that I have fans on there!
Scott – Thanks!
dgriff – Ahah! In THERE lies the rub… badumbum!
Tony -Hey! Me too!
@Doug – Personnally, I say “good one”. But, since I’m married to a “half-ticket” girl, I gotta stand up for my girl.
A-hem.
Sure, they may only cost half a ticket now, but wait – she’ll cost you much MUCH more later! HA HA! That got ‘im, hey honey? Honey? What’s with the frying pan?
Back when blonde jokes were new, a friend told me her boyfriend’s observation about blondes and the blonde stereotype. Briefly (he said), the stereotype is mostly/usually true, but only for bleached blondes. Natural blondes are no different than natural brunettes. So the woman who wants to be the stereotypical blonde can become one, and by doing that reinforces the stereotype.
So, is Summer a natural blonde or suicide? The world (or my 1/6,000,000,000 of it) wants to know!
Also, I don’t know how this relates to red-heads. I can think of four I knew in school. Three were natural and didn’t particularly fit the stereotype. The fourth was dyed and sorta did. But really each was her own person independent of all that. Which is pretty much true of everyone, if you take the time to get to know them.
Way deep!! Coming up for air now….
@me!: You posted while I was composing mine. So are you married to a natural or a suicide? You may be able to save yourself by quoting from my post (or not! depending….) Other questions and comments come to mind, but those should probably go over on Prematurely Disappointed. With references to the beginning of the string here on Imy. (How could someone be reading one of these and not the other? Ignorance, I guess. Which, fortunately, is eminently curable.)
@Ville You’re right there lol.
Stonefoot – Haha! Perhaps you’re right, since I live in a country full of natural blondes and, as far as I can tell, they usually don’t fit that stereotype.
And Summer would be a natural blonde, yes 🙂
irma, im trying to! lol…. i must be a dingdong magnet (to put it nicely)!
