I think this should actually be required! There is a barista at the place I go to near work whose lattes ALWAYS come out bitter tasting. I wonder if she’s ever tried them.

A good excuse would be that barista is required to “taste her own medicine”, to know what she is serving to customers. 🙂

I’ve never had a latte but it looks like a huge pain in the ass to make.
