362 – Acquired
The following quote is one of my favorites:
“Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one’s lifetime.” – Mark Twain
I truly believe that and thank my dad for instilling a love of travel in me since I was just a little girl. 🙂
Just to remind you, my new super geeky comic “Cosmical” has its own website now! It’s cosmicalcomic.com. Go visit, bookmark, subscribe and keep up with Cosmical! 🙂

I could certainly relate to this! I’m lucky to have seen as much of the world as I have at my age. It all stemmed from this saying I heard in, of all places, an anime a long time ago:
“A hundred travel books aren’t worth one real trip”.
Enjoy your passport, Imy! And, er, prepare to spend more money. 😉
Hmm… I see she’s got a burgundy passport? So she does live in Sweden (well, somewhere in the EU anyway) after all. No more wondering whether she is American or Swedish! But what’s with the English? Maybe she’s an American who got naturalised? Ooh, ooh, Or maybe everybody she knows in Sweden cannot speak Swedish! Or maybe I should cut back on these funny-looking mushrooms I bought back in the Netherlands and stop babbling about a 3-month-old comic?
