How cool! My TTF brotha, creator of “Gill” and syndicated comic strip Retail, Norm Feuti, threw in a little Imy cameo in his comic this past Sunday! And if you are a fan of the TTF crew, you’ll recognize a LOT of the other cameos in there as well. CHECK IT OUT!
The man with the voice like buttah, Mr. Tom Racine, spent the weekend at SDCC sporting fellow TTF t-shirts on each day of the con. So, of course he had to go wearing Imy’s ‘ROCK’ t-shirt on one of his days there! And, no less, the day he met “Data.”
And, um, this guy….
Tom is, as you should ALL know, our voice over at TTF: The Man of Tall Tale Radio. He’s interviewed me twice and is ALWAYS a pleasure to talk to (and mostly to listen too). He also posted some excellent videos showing SDCC highlights, which you can see right over here.
Thanks Tom for sporting Imy’s ‘ROCK’ t-shirt with pride! But give it back now, because she’s getting cold without it!
Woo! Another non-Imy, ‘imy’ fan art! Jay finally gets some attention this time. Doug Keech of Fake Life has drawn this fun fan art of Jay (with Chickenfoot t-shirt – WOO!), and what his face would look like in manga-style. He also made his eyes brown. I’ve never revealed what any of my character’s eye colors were (except for Imy’s in yesterday’s strip). I won’t deny nor confirm that the color he chose was correct 😉 Anyway, Fantastic job, Doug! Thank you so much!

I love when people do fan art of a character OTHER than Imy! I wouldn’t say the coffee pot is a character, really… but maybe I should since someone suggested I put it on the character page! Haha! Anyway, Monica is a VERY talented 8th grader who decided to do something a little different and draw Imy’s favorite coffee pot. And she did a WONDERFUL job. Thank you Monica, and keep up the good work!

Nikki is the 11-year old daughter (12 next week!), of one of my best and oldest online friends (oldest as in I’ve known her for 8 years, she’s not old!). Nikki just recently started her own sketchblog of sorts called Nikki’s Fan Art & Originals. I thinks he did a WONDERFUL job on Imy and has loads of potential! Thank you so much, Nikki! I ADORE it!!
