That sounds similar to my postulate that “The closer someone parks to my car, the less likely they are going to return their shopping cart”.
To be fair, if your job is cleaning it up, would you rather it be the other way around?
OMG, that is so true! In the NYC subway (and streets,) people will throw their trash on the ground when there’s a trash can 2 feet away, but technically, it’s “out of their way”. Grrrr, She-Hulk get mad!!!
