69 – Back to School
This has not been a good week for me, computer wise. On Monday was the that awful spyware/virus attack. Today was less worrying, but quite frustrating nonetheless. I had almost my entire strip drawn (not colored, but drawn), when i decided to save my file one more time and restart Illustrator. I do this at times to free up any RAM that is needed. Well, as it turns out, any save I made during my many hours of drawing did NOT save. This is not the first time this has happened. But I have a few theories on why and I’ve come up with ways I can try to prevent it. Hopefully this won’t happen again, but my gawd I cannot begin to explain how frustrating it is to redraw an entire strip.
On a positive note, this morning I woke up to an email containing another Fan Art! It made me so happy! Maybe Aaron started a trend 🙂 Anyway, it’s awesome and I can’t wait to get it up! I’m going to post it on Saturday under “news.” And, hopefully, this weekend I’ll get to adding a Fan Art page where I can display all that I get.

Funny! At first it seemed odd to me that the panel showing the character also showed that characters IM (seemed reversed?) but it works out in the end 🙂

LMAO… Wish I had a club like that back in school!!! Shelby got Guitar as an elective this year… as well as photography. PFFT… think I could pass as a 15 year old???

Luna: Me too! But I DID have guitar when I was a freshman in high school. And we had photography too, but I never took it. I took filmmaking and animation 🙂 (won an award from the New Jersey Young FIlmmakers!!). And yes she still has that purple hair! Mia had to give in and let her keep it!
